The portfolio tries to provide EUROSAI, as an Organisation, as well as its members, with an external network that can assist in improving audit work and increasing the impact of EUROSAI and SAI institutions.
Key activities: identifying strategic themes for relations with non-SAI stakeholders; Approach stakeholders to build a relationship of mutual benefit; Develop an agile stakeholder management framework; Provide inspiration to the Governing Board with external stakeholder driven strategic input.
